A written offer — share ratio, signing money, schedule. Review it with your lawyer, then sign.

Design & approval
Architectural design, soil test and RAJUK approval, with drawings shared for your input.

Build & deliver
Construction with progress reports, then hand-over of finished apartments with all papers.
